About the role
This role exists to protect the company against legal and operational risk while enabling business growth and deal execution. You will own the processing and administration of partnership agreements, including Channel and Reseller Agreements, alongside procurement documents such as purchase orders and software subscription agreements. You will manage strategic alliances, distribution agreements, and technology partner integration agreements under the supervision of senior legal staff. A core part of the position involves developing and maintaining templates and standardized workflows to streamline contracting processes for the broader team. You will assess contracts for potential risk and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to the legal and compliance team. The role requires active support for policies, exceptions, and updates related to contracting practices and governance standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing board materials, resolutions, consents, and organizing meeting minutes for corporate recordkeeping. You will coordinate jurisdictional filings, including annual registrations and registered agent services, to ensure legal good standing. The position provides support for legal and compliance projects on an as-needed basis across the organization. You will also train team members and business colleagues on related processes to ensure consistency and compliance. Success in this position requires a high degree of initiative and the ability to complete tasks with an independent, diligent, and detail-oriented approach.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, or the equivalent combination of relevant education, training, or work experience is required.
Three or more years of experience as a paralegal or contracts professional supporting partnership, procurement, or corporate governance functions is required.
A higher-level degree, such as a Masters or Juris Doctor, may substitute for two years of the required experience.
A high level of interest in commercial transactions, corporate governance, and the cybersecurity industry is required for success in this role.
Experience with Salesforce, Box, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, Ironclad, contract lifecycle management tools, and AI-powered tools such as GC AI and Glean is required.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven track record of forging relationships among stakeholders are required.
Organizational and analytical skills must be demonstrated with professional business judgment in all tasks.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is strictly required in this position.
Strong drafting skills must be used to achieve consistent language across similar agreements and documents.
Problem-solving skills must support achieving business goals and a demonstrated desire to improve program performance.
