About the role
The is responsible for the accurate and efficient flow of materials within the organization. You will quote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials in designated storage areas to support production schedules. This role requires you to track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure parts are available when needed, with performance measured by inventory accuracy and stock availability. You will deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as required, while maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systems. A key part of this position is verifying part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needs to ensure correctness. You must Follow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques, to maintain a secure work environment. Additionally, you will Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines to protect personnel and assets. You will Work with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requests in a timely manner. The role also involves reporting inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptly to enable quick resolution. You will Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficient to support smooth operations.

Requirements
- You need High school diploma or equivalent.
- You need Minimum of a G2 Driver's License (valid in Ontario).
- You need Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions.
- You need Clean criminal background check.
- You need Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- You need Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario.
- Availability: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
- You need Strong organizational skills and clear communication.
- You need Teamwork and problem resolution/analysis.
- You need Customer service orientation.
- You need Ability to work in a production environment.
- You need Physical and mental effort required for parts handling.

This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and requires reliable transportation to the site. The successful candidate must hold a valid G2 Driver's License in Ontario and maintain a clean driving record. You must also pass a criminal background check and be legally authorized to work in Canada without restrictions. The role operates on a full-time schedule, requiring a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with potential overtime during peak operational periods. The compensation package includes an hourly wage of $20.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits suite starting from day one.
