What you'll do

• Execute comprehensive cleaning and detailing procedures to ensure vehicles meet premium display standards for customer viewing and resale.
• Implement rigorous organizational protocols to maintain the vehicle lot in a condition that is consistently tidy, safe, and well-structured.
• Conduct secure transportation operations to move vehicles between various Clutch pop-up sites and designated reconditioning partners.
• Perform meticulous support during vehicle inspections and fulfill shop duties to uphold the cleanliness and efficiency of all work areas.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines while managing the physical movement of inventory to prevent damage and ensure operational flow.
• Utilize advanced spatial awareness to navigate and position vehicles in a controlled manner within the designated lot environment.
• Liaise effectively with reconditioning partners to ensure timely turnaround and quality assurance for all vehicle preparations.
• Support the maintenance of a secure lot environment through vigilant monitoring and reporting of any discrepancies or concerns.
• Contribute to the overall operational efficiency by assisting with inventory tracking and lot organization as required.
• Demonstrate flexibility in task execution to address immediate business needs and uphold the highest standards of vehicle presentation.

Requirements

• Provide evidence of reliable personal transportation for commuting to and from the workplace location consistently.
• Fulfill the ability to work on-site at the specific address of 210 12th Street, New Westminster, as required by the role.
• Capability to lift and maneuver moderately heavy objects in a safe and controlled manner as part of daily responsibilities.
• Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and workplace safety standards.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands require.
