The Telesales Vendor Senior Manager will serve as the central command for all telesales activities, owning the end-to-end strategy, execution, and compliance of this vital channel. Salary range: $107,700 - $140,000 USD

What You'll Do
You will architect and oversee the comprehensive telesales program to ensure alignment with corporate revenue targets. This involves exercising vigilant oversight over external telesales partners, focusing on training efficacy and strict adherence to conversion rate and customer acquisition cost benchmarks. You will analyze historical data and market conditions to accurately project staffing requirements that satisfy sales goals and regulatory mandates without exceeding financial constraints.
Championing the evolution of reporting infrastructure is a core responsibility, which includes spearheading enhancements to CRM and telephony systems to improve data integrity and user experience. You will lead strategic negotiations with third-party telesales vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure contractual alignment with business objectives. Implementing a structured performance evaluation framework will be essential to provide actionable feedback to team members and drive continuous improvement.
Auditing and optimizing the configuration of all telephony systems will guarantee seamless operations and regulatory compliance. You will innovate lead management protocols by creating new processes for inbound and outbound lead flow, working synergistically with marketing and sales departments. Serving as the definitive expert and primary liaison for all telephonic sales initiatives, you will craft financially prudent strategies tailored to specific market dynamics.
Synthesizing and disseminating critical insights regarding emerging trends in the telesales channel and key market segments to the broader sales leadership team is a key function. This includes developing and maintaining a robust compliance framework to ensure all telesales activities adhere to industry regulations and internal policies. You will utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, identifying opportunities for process optimization and performance enhancement. Fostering cross-functional collaboration will be vital to ensure a unified approach to sales strategy and execution.
Monitoring key performance indicators in real-time will allow for swift tactical adjustments to respond to market fluctuations and competitive pressures. Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the Medicare Advantage sector or the broader health insurance industry. This is a non-negotiable prerequisite for understanding the complex regulatory and consumer needs of this market. Additionally, you must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience leading a telesales team or managing vendor relationships in a similar capacity.
A proven track record of managing internal and external relationships effectively is required to drive mutual success with partners and stakeholders. Demonstrate a deep commitment to leveraging technology as a force multiplier for tracking sales funnels and iteratively refining sales methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You must bring a high level of analytical rigor to problem-solving, with the ability to translate data points into actionable strategies.
