This position will focus on revolutionizing our recruitment process into a data-centric and automated system that emphasizes human insight for critical roles while leveraging AI to streamline operational tasks.

What you'll do
- Develop a forward-thinking, multi-year talent acquisition strategy that aligns with executive financial projections and product development timelines.
- Introduce AI-driven solutions to manage sourcing, scheduling, and candidate screening, enabling your team to concentrate on building relationships with candidates.
- Establish metrics for the talent acquisition funnel to monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, quality of hires, and overall funnel health.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to provide insights on market trends regarding compensation, site selection, and the flexibility of talent pools.
- Oversee a global team of recruiters and operational staff, ensuring adherence to GDPR regulations, pay transparency, and compliance with local laws.
- Craft compelling employer branding narratives that resonate with potential candidates, particularly those interested in joining an AI-focused organization.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a and engaging journey.
- Analyze recruitment data to continuously refine and improve talent acquisition strategies, making data-driven decisions to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the talent acquisition team, promoting equitable hiring practices across all levels.
- Engage with external partners and industry networks to stay ahead of talent acquisition trends and best practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in scaling tech hubs internationally, particularly across EMEA and APJC regions.
- Proven track record of managing talent operations during periods of rapid growth, restructuring, or mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, including equity structures and familiarity with market data tools such as Radford, Levels.fyi, and Carta.
- Background in software as a service (SaaS), cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or consumer technology sectors.
- Knowledge of U.S. export control laws and the ability to navigate related regulations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in non-traditional career paths such as management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or engineering leadership roles.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and data visualization tools to enhance recruitment strategies.

Compensation: The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $375,000 to $400,000 for candidates based in New York City, along with eligibility for the company's equity plan.
