What you'll do

• Spearhead the technical discovery and qualification processes by employing methodologies such as MEDDPICC and BANT to ensure comprehensive understanding of client needs.
• Create tailored architectures and validation strategies that align with the specific requirements of enterprise clients, ensuring optimal solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that effectively showcase the capabilities of our offerings, securing essential technical approvals.
• Collaborate closely with account executives to identify key stakeholders and devise multi-product strategies that address client objectives.
• Offer strategic insights on performance, security measures, and future-proofing strategies to C-level executives, enhancing their understanding of our solutions.
• Work in tandem with engineering, product, and support teams to oversee feature requests and integrations, ensuring implementation of client needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting, particularly within the enterprise domain.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is essential for effective communication with clients in Brazil.
• In-depth knowledge of the OSI model, including protocols such as BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), and SSL/TLS.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and performance, including concepts like SASE/SSE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, and DDoS mitigation techniques.
• Practical experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments, specifically with platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, or Go, enabling effective automation and customization.
• Experience managing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, facilitating efficient deployment and management of infrastructure.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, either at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Ability to articulate complex technical vulnerabilities, including CSRF, XSS, and SQL injection, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC-2, and FedRAMP, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Advanced certifications in networking, cloud architecture, or security, such as CISSP or AWS/GCP Solutions Architect credentials, which would enhance your expertise and credibility.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools that can streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
