Insights role within the CoE focuses on driving insight production from raw data to board‑ready narratives. You will own the research workflow for life sciences clients, directly connecting commercial questions with evidence and shaping how teams think about disease context and value. What you'll do
You will map public and proprietary data sources into clear disease and competitor overviews for strategic projects. Responsibilities include designing slide frameworks and written insights that help teams present clear market narratives to clients. You will draft treatment pathways, guideline maps, and epidemiology context that underpin commercial decisions. Benchmarking launch strategies, pricing moves, and access outcomes across regions will highlight strategic risk and opportunity. You will summarize HTA and payer decisions so that evidence gaps and value messages are visible early in the process. Building profiles of competitors, payers, and investors will support business development and strategy work. A core part of the role involves maintaining dynamic libraries of assets, timelines, and analogs that teams can reuse across future engagements. You will prepare discussion guides and synthesize interviews to support qualitative research and hypothesis testing. Collaboration with global colleagues will refine research questions and ensure alignment with project expectations. You will also contribute to reusable templates that integrate insights into slide decks and supporting documentation.
Requirements
You will bring 4 to 6 years of life sciences research experience in consulting or insights roles. A foundational understanding of the life sciences industry is essential, along with demonstrated interest in global biopharmaceutical R&D, commercialization, pricing and access, launch and lifecycle management, diagnostics, and corporate or investor strategy. You must hold an undergraduate or master's degree in a life science discipline such as biology, pharmacology, or biotechnology. The ability to independently execute well‑scoped research workstreams- including literature scans, competitive profiles, and basic epidemiology or market sizing- with structured outputs is required. You will translate HTA, payer, and reimbursement decisions into clear evidence and access implications for clients. Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills are non‑negotiable, given the board‑level audience for your deliverables. You must be comfortable working within structured processes while taking ownership for the quality and timeliness of your contributions. Strong analytical reasoning and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment are essential.

Ensure quality and consistency of research outputs by adhering to internal standards, referencing guidelines, and formatting best practices. Participate actively in internal knowledge building initiatives, including the upkeep of internal knowledge repositories, templates, and best practice examples. Day to day tools and methods
Your daily work will use EvaluatePharma, GlobalData, Navlin, MMIT, AnswerSuite, company filings, and HTA portals. You will synthesize research findings into clear, structured, and slide‑ready deliverables, including market landscapes, analytical frameworks, and concise written insights. You will regularly interact with data sources to validate assumptions and refresh key inputs used in client work. Maintaining organized source files and version control will be integral to your effectiveness in this role. You will translate complex regulatory and pricing concepts into accessible language for multidisciplinary teams. The position requires comfort with both independent execution and coordinated collaboration across time zones. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and play a part in shaping best in class insight products for the business. This role involves a significant amount of desk based research, structured writing, and the assembly of high quality visual and narrative assets. You will be expected to meet firm standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all client facing materials.
