About the role
This position focuses on expanding the ClassPass network by securing partnerships with top-tier fitness and wellness businesses. You will operate locally to identify new opportunities and maintain a physical presence within the regional market to foster professional relationships. In this capacity, you will act as the primary point of contact for high-value venues, ensuring that the ClassPass brand is represented with the highest level of professionalism. Your daily work will involve building trust with local entrepreneurs and decision-makers to integrate their offerings into a global ecosystem. You will own the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to contract execution, driving growth in the Lisbon area. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset and the discipline to manage a pipeline of opportunities without direct supervision. You will be responsible for translating market insights into actionable strategies that increase the density of premium partners in the region.

What you'll do
- Prospect and sign new fitness, wellness, and spa partners to the platform by identifying gaps in the local market and positioning ClassPass as a strategic growth opportunity.
- Meet or surpass monthly targets for adding new venues to the network through consistent outreach and rigorous pipeline management.
- Conduct in-person outreach through site visits, meetings, and industry events to build rapport and gather detailed operational information.
- Attend local networking functions to strengthen community ties and uncover hidden growth channels within the wellness ecosystem.
- Manage data and sales forecasting within Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of progress and revenue potential.
- Deliver professional presentations and pitch decks to potential partners, highlighting the mutual benefits of collaboration.
- Perform competitive analysis to understand the positioning of rival studios and refine the value proposition accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are addressed promptly and that service levels are maintained.
- Qualify leads effectively to prioritize high-probability opportunities and allocate time efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of every interaction to ensure continuity and enable data-driven adjustments to the strategy.
- Develop deep knowledge of the local fitness landscape to advise partners on trends and consumer behavior specific to the region.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing on-the-ground feedback to improve messaging and targeting for the Lisbon demographic.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects the core values and standards of the ClassPass platform.
- Drive incremental revenue by upselling additional services and features to existing partner networks where appropriate.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience, including both field and inside sales methods, to ensure a balanced understanding of remote and in-person engagement.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding monthly quotas and OKRs to prove a consistent ability to outperform expectations.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English to communicate effectively with partners and team members in all interactions.
- Ability to travel throughout the region as needed to visit studios, attend events, and maintain a visible presence.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite to manage complex sales processes and documentation.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to conduct in-person meetings across Lisbon and surrounding areas.
- Legal right to work in Portugal without the need for sponsorship, ensuring immediate onboarding and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic urban environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting where priorities shift based on market opportunities and partner demands.
