Clarity Pediatrics is actively reimagining pediatric chronic care, beginning with a dedicated focus on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. In the United States, nearly 10% of individuals receive an ADHD diagnosis, and parents often encounter significant challenges in locating effective, specialized support. To address this gap, we are establishing a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic designed to deliver trusted, science-backed care to families nationwide. Our innovative clinical model leverages technology and is built upon rigorous research with the goal of delivering exceptional health outcomes that can positively transform a child's developmental trajectory. Looking ahead, this platform is poised for rapid expansion to encompass other prevalent chronic conditions in children, including asthma, allergies, and obesity.

Our founding leadership team brings a profound commitment to clinical excellence and deep healthcare domain expertise. Our CEO, Christina LaMontagne, brings a robust background shaped by leading two prior startups and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Alesandro Larrazabal, trained at prestigious institutions UCSF and Stanford. Prior to joining us, he served as a Medical Director building specialty care services at Kaiser Permanente, and he also contributed his expertise at IDEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families, with a primary emphasis on diagnostic evaluation and medication management for ADHD.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Efficiently complete all required administrative tasks and clinical documentation with precision and timeliness.
• Drive the implementation, evaluation, and iterative refinement of care programs to continuously optimize delivery models.
• This clinical role offers a distinct pathway for professional expansion, potentially evolving into program development and other leadership functions based on individual interest and organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active license to practice medicine within the state of California.
• Authority to prescribe and manage comprehensive treatment plans, including the administration and oversight of ADHD stimulant medications.
• Board certification in Pediatrics is mandatory and must remain valid.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on patient care experience.
• Demonstrated experience providing care to families from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a willingness to engage in ongoing training to advance culturally responsive practices.
• Strong proficiency and confidence in utilizing electronic medical records and telemedicine platforms to deliver virtual care.
• A genuine enthusiasm for joining a high-growth startup environment and a demonstrated capacity to quickly master new digital tools and systems.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Current licensure in additional states or a willingness to pursue and obtain such licenses with the support of Clarity Pediatrics Medical Group.
• Fluency in Spanish, which significantly enhances our ability to broaden access and improve communication with families.

Employment Type: Part-Time

• Scheduled Hours: Part-time commitment ranging from 16 to 28 hours weekly.
• Work Schedule: Offers flexibility for clinicians to work weekdays between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time, with additional availability on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time.

Compensation Structure

• Clinical Services: $159 to $178 per hour
• Administrative Duties: $25 per hour
