Requirements
Bring at least 3 years of experience building full-stack products in production environments to the role.
Demonstrate strong backend fundamentals that ensure system reliability and the ability to handle complex operational workloads.
Be comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure without siloed thinking.
Show a proven ability to deconstruct real-life workflow complexity into automated software solutions.
Maintain a bias for solving root problems rather than applying temporary patches to symptoms.
Possess the ability to work effectively with ambiguity and take high ownership of projects and outcomes.
Adhere to strict standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for operational constraints.
