What you'll do
- Monitor and direct the movement of aircraft in the airspace and on the ground, ensuring safe distances are maintained between planes.
- Communicate effectively with pilots, providing clear instructions and updates regarding flight paths, weather conditions, and any potential hazards.

- Collaborate with other air traffic controllers to coordinate the safe handover of control between different sectors and facilities.

- Respond swiftly to emergency situations, implementing protocols to ensure the safety of all aircraft and personnel involved.

Requirements
- Must hold a valid Air Traffic Control (ATC) certification from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of three years of experience in air traffic control or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in using air traffic control software and radar systems.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong analytical skills to assess traffic patterns and make informed operational decisions.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of air traffic management.
