Chime is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Associate Creative Director, focusing on the establishment and management of creative frameworks for product launches. This position emphasizes the development of adaptable messaging strategies that seamlessly align with visual design systems, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.

What you'll do
- Develop and oversee product messaging frameworks, including the creation of positioning statements, copy architecture, and voice guidelines that resonate with target audiences.
- Transform product strategies into structured messaging that is versatile enough to be utilized across different stages of the customer journey.
- Work closely with design leads to ensure that the copy and visual elements are integrated effectively, creating a unified brand experience.
- Establish creative standards that maintain consistency while allowing for operational flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
- Innovate and implement AI-driven processes to enhance the efficiency and quality of campaign production, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
- Proactively identify future product requirements to construct robust and scalable creative systems that can evolve with the company.
- Coordinate and align efforts across Go-To-Market (GTM), Product Marketing, Compliance, and Channel teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Regularly update and refine creative toolkits based on performance metrics and feedback from business stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative role, with a solid foundation in copywriting and creative direction.
- Demonstrated success in leading intricate, cross-functional projects, taking them from initial ambiguity to structured execution.
- Experience in developing and scaling messaging or design systems that cater to multiple teams and projects.
- Strong editorial judgment complemented by exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient understanding of visual systems and a collaborative approach to working with design teams to produce cohesive outputs.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows, either through shaping or utilizing such systems effectively.
- Capacity to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- A high degree of autonomy and a systems-oriented mindset, allowing for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial technology sector or related industries, providing insight into the unique challenges and opportunities within this space.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and how they intersect with creative messaging and design.
- Previous experience working in a hybrid work environment, showcasing adaptability to different working conditions.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of messaging and creative campaigns.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects that highlight versatility and innovation in messaging and design.

- Strong understanding of project management tools to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and track project progress.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms that enhance creative processes and workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

- This position is hybrid, requiring the individual to be in the office four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work.
