Senior Product Manager, Care Experience & Engagement
Job description
About the role
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in America. At Chamber, we're rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for patients. Our model blends clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform that supports physicians, patients, and payers alike. We believe innovation and empathy go hand in hand, and by combining cutting-edge AI tools with a relentless focus on human care, we can transform heart health at scale.
What you'll do
You will own the end-to-end patient and care team experience across the cardiovascular care journey at Chamber. This role demands deep operational engagement with complex, real-world clinical workflows and patient-facing touchpoints. You will translate messy provider processes into coherent, empathetic digital experiences that serve patients, clinicians, and operations teams. The position requires partnership with clinicians, care coordinators, and operations leaders to surface pain points and design practical solutions. You will work daily alongside engineering, data, and design to turn strategic insights into shipped functionality. This role is built around balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform thinking in a fast-moving healthcare environment. The best candidate will feel comfortable making meaningful progress even when problem definitions are initially unclear.
You'll discover and own major segments of Chamber's patient and care team experience roadmap from discovery through rollout and iteration. You'll conduct deep workflow interviews with clinicians, care coordinators, and operations leaders to uncover systemic pain points and constraints. You'll design and refine onboarding, enrollment, outreach, care plan, and longitudinal engagement experiences tailored to cardiovascular patients. You'll create tools that enable care teams to prioritize caseloads, reduce administrative burden, and intervene earlier with high-risk patients. You'll convert intricate clinical and operational requirements into clear product specifications and practical user interactions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to implement clinical signals, intelligent tasking, automation, and AI-assisted coordination. You'll manage trade-offs between immediate feature delivery and foundational platform capabilities that support future scaling. You'll define and track qualitative and quantitative measures of success for care experience and engagement initiatives. You'll synthesize feedback from real-world usage to continuously iterate on patient and care team journeys. You'll act as the primary product advocate for care experience across cross-functional decision-making forums. You'll maintain a sharp focus on usability so that operational improvements compound into meaningful clinical impact over time. You'll partner with data to define experiments that validate new approaches to engagement, outreach, and care coordination. You'll ensure that product requirements clearly reflect the realities of clinical environments and the needs of diverse patient populations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, care delivery, or value-based care.
- A demonstrated track record of building workflow-heavy products used by operational or clinical teams.
- Strong systems thinking that allows you to map complex, multi-stakeholder processes and identify high-leverage solutions.
- Comfort leading cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without clear precedent.
- Confidence collaborating with engineers and data scientists on technically complex products and integrations.
- A pragmatic, execution-first mindset that balances ideal outcomes with real-world constraints.
- A bias toward real-world usability, where attention to operational details yields significant improvements in healthcare workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build trust with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience navigating healthcare-specific constraints such as compliance, privacy, and reimbursement considerations.
- Commitment to evidence-based product decisions grounded in user research, data, and clinical expertise.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, claims processes, or clinical data workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, or operational intelligence tooling.
