This role will lead the strategy and execution for Censys' Security Operations product suite. You will focus on developing solutions that empower security teams to detect, investigate, and respond to threats more effectively by leveraging unique internet intelligence and AI. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth by enhancing our offerings for critical security functions.

What you'll do
Develop and refine the product vision and roadmap for Security Operations, focusing on deepening product-market fit and expanding into new customer segments.
Drive product strategy by understanding the distinct needs of SOC analysts, threat intelligence teams, and CISOs, and prioritizing investments accordingly.
Define how AI and machine learning can be applied to internet-scale data to generate actionable adversary signals and automate security workflows.
Partner with Go-to-Market teams to ensure clear product positioning, effective sales enablement, and successful packaging and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to translate security use cases into data requirements and ensure the Internet Map supports product needs.
Work closely with Threat Research and AI/Data Science teams to bring discovered intelligence and AI capabilities to market as product features.
Engage directly with customers through discovery sessions, design partnerships, and industry events to build credibility and gather insights.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years in product management, with at least 4 years focused on cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or security operations products.
Demonstrated experience leading product development through various stages, including achieving product-market fit and expanding existing product lines.
In-depth knowledge of security operations workflows, including how SOCs, threat intelligence teams, and defensive operations function.
Technical understanding of security data, including the application of AI and machine learning for detection, enrichment, and threat analysis.
Experience in translating customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements and strategic plans.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams.

Censys offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $180,000 - $240,000, plus equity and benefits.
