Senior Manager, Training Strategy, Inspections Center
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for one training program within the Recon Inspection Center, defining what success looks like and ensuring consistent delivery across all sites. You will act as the operational owner responsible for the program lifecycle from initial gap analysis through field delivery and ongoing performance measurement. This role requires you to translate real-time field observations into actionable content and process updates while maintaining strict alignment between operations, instructional design, and analytics. You will build trusted, cross-functional relationships that protect training time as a non-negotiable operational priority even during high production pressure. You are expected to drive data-informed decisions, set the standard for readiness, and ensure every associate in your tier is on track at every site, right now.
