About the role
You will own the operational roadmap for the AMEA region, using process, systems, and data as levers to accelerate productivity within the private markets ecosystem. This role serves as the critical operational backbone for our AMEA GTM leaders while acting as the primary strategic bridge between regional requirements and our Global RevOps teams. You will solve complex problems as we move into different asset classes and complex sales motions that define our growth trajectory. The position requires proactive ownership of the end-to-end revenue operations lifecycle in a high-growth, ambiguous environment. You will be trusted to balance high-level strategy with hands-on systems execution and cross-functional influence. This is a pivotal role in building a world-class international operating model for our expanding footprint.

What you'll do
- Strategic Territory & Execution: Own AMEA territory planning, account segmentation, and Book of Business assignments to ensure equitable coverage and maximum sales velocity across the region.
- Data & Analytics Foundation: Own business requirements for regional reporting, creating and maintaining BI dashboards that proactively identify risks and opportunities in the AMEA pipeline and customer retention metrics.
- Process Architect: Design and implement "Lead-to-Cash" workflows for new asset classes and complex GTM motions such as ERP integrations, while conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for tool releases and system improvements.
- Global Bridge: Collaborate with US RevOps, Systems, and Data teams to ensure the AMEA roadmap is codified within global data architecture, localizing global policies while ensuring regional nuances like multi-currency and local regulations are fully supported.
- Tech Stack Management: Manage and optimize regional tools including SFDC, LeanData, Outreach, Chorus, Marketo, and related systems to drive automation and ensure data hygiene across all touchpoints.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to AMEA GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights for QBRs, board materials, and executive analyses that shape strategic decisions.
- Operational Roadmapping: Translate business objectives into detailed operational plans, defining key milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for the AMEA go-to-market engine.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing partners to align strategies, remove execution blockers, and ensure consistent messaging across all regional initiatives.
- System of Record Stewardship: Act as the custodian of Carta's single system of record for the AMEA region, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and scalability as the business scales.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and tools, proposing and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making speed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Synthesize complex operational data into clear narratives for diverse audiences, from regional leaders to global executive stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Drive cross-functional projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and dependencies to deliver measurable outcomes on schedule.
- Risk Management: Monitor operational risks across the AMEA region, implementing controls and contingency plans to mitigate potential impacts on revenue performance.
- Enablement and Training: Support the development of training materials and playbooks to ensure consistent adoption of new processes and tools across the regional team.
- Metrics Ownership: Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators for the AMEA GTM function, ensuring alignment with company-wide revenue objectives.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS environment that demands rigorous operational excellence.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) as your primary system of record, with advanced proficiency in managing complex data models and workflows.
- Show mastery of the GTM tech stack, including hands-on experience with tools such as LeanData, Outreach, Marketo, SQL, and GSuite in production environments.
- Prove you can thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by taking initiative and balancing high-level strategy with detailed systems execution without constant direction.
- Highlight your analytical power through highly proficient SQL skills and BI tool expertise, particularly using Metabase to translate complex data into meaningful insights for executive leadership.
- Illustrate a strong owner mentality, taking pride in building processes and systems from the ground up while operating independently and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Validate your experience with Venture Capital, Private Equity, or related Private Capital Markets, demonstrating understanding of equity management and fund administration complexities.
- Confirm your ability to navigate and communicate effectively across time zones and diverse regional requirements, with a demonstrated interest or experience in international markets.
