About the role
You serve as the central analyst for firm applications and AI tools, owning the full lifecycle from intake to rollout. You translate complex legal demands into actionable technology guidance and enablement for attorneys and staff. You connect IT, practice groups, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth adoption.

Defining practical AI use cases for legal workflows and administrative tasks with structured guidance.
Coaching attorneys and staff on secure, effective use of Harvey and Aderant AskMaddie through examples and targeted sessions.
Producing quick reference guides, sample prompts, and workflow examples for common legal tasks.
Supporting application configuration, user access, security roles, and integrations for firm systems.
Spotting automation opportunities in current processes and proposing improvements to legal teams.
Creating step-by-step training content, live sessions, and FAQs for legal applications and AI tools.
Tracking AI adoption trends, usage data, and user engagement to guide ongoing training improvements.
Coordinating with vendors on AI-related support issues, product updates, training opportunities, and roadmap items.
Evaluating new AI features or tools for potential firmwide adoption based on needs.
Upholding firm policies on confidentiality, client data, ethical AI use, and responsible technology adoption.
Providing application support for core firm systems, including Aderant, iManage, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Automate, Foxit PDF Editor, and related tools.
Troubleshooting application issues reported by attorneys, staff, and administrative departments.
Partnering with vendors and internal IT to resolve application-related problems.
Assisting with application configuration, user access, security roles, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Supporting application upgrades, testing, deployments, and documentation for legal technology.
Maintaining knowledge of firm workflows and recommending improvements using existing technology.
Helping with reporting, data validation, and process analysis related to firm applications.
Developing user-friendly documentation, training guides, FAQs, short videos, and tip sheets for varied audiences.
Facilitating live and remote training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, assistants, and administrative staff.
Creating role-specific training content for legal applications and AI tools.
Partnering with practice groups and departments to identify recurring pain points and training needs.
Standardizing best practices for use of the firm's legal technology tools.
Elevating awareness of underutilized application features that can boost productivity.
Assisting with onboarding new attorneys and smooth integration into firm systems.
Requirements
You must reliably support firmwide adoption of approved AI platforms, including Harvey and Aderant AskMaddie.
You must confidently provide one-on-one and group training to attorneys and staff on approved legal technology tools.
You must develop practical AI use cases tailored to legal workflows, administrative tasks, and firm operations.
You must guide colleagues on appropriate, secure, and effective daily use of AI in legal work.
You must create quick reference guides, sample prompts, workflow examples, and training materials for users.
You must monitor AI usage trends and assist with adoption reporting, user engagement, and follow-up training.
You must identify barriers to AI adoption and propose solutions that improve usage and confidence.
You must coordinate with vendors on AI-related support issues, product updates, training opportunities, and roadmap items.
You must assist in evaluating new AI features or tools for possible adoption across the firm.
