About the role
CarGurus is seeking a marketing professional to support our dealer-facing product and performance initiatives. You will work across teams to manage product launches, drive customer acquisition, and refine our messaging strategy. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end execution of marketing programs that connect our product roadmap with dealer demand. You will translate complex product features into clear value propositions that resonate with our dealer customer base. You will act as a bridge between technical product teams and commercial sales organizations. What you'll do
- Orchestrate go-to-market initiatives for new dealer features and programs in collaboration with Product and Sales departments.
- Architect and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns that target acquisition, retention, and product adoption objectives.
- Synthesize dealer feedback and performance metrics to iteratively refine messaging and optimize campaign strategy.
- Author sales enablement assets such as pitch decks and product value documentation that equip teams to close deals.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through rigorous reporting and testing to guide future marketing investments.
- Orchestrate cross-functional projects to harmonize messaging and ensure seamless operational execution.
- Implement tracking frameworks that provide visibility into campaign performance and dealer engagement patterns.
- Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards that monitor key performance indicators across the dealer journey.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI agents to streamline marketing workflows and reduce manual execution overhead.
- Champion best practices in data-driven decision making to elevate the overall maturity of the marketing organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing within a tech, marketplace, or high-growth company.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing full-cycle, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling copy and creative messaging tailored to dealer audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with using AI agents to streamline marketing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and agility is essential.
- Comfort working with stakeholders at all levels, including technical product managers and field sales teams.
- Commitment to adhering to CarGurus brand standards and ensuring consistency across all dealer-facing materials.
- Willingness to participate in in-person interviews in Boston, with candidates responsible for their own travel expenses when invited.
Nice to have

Total compensation includes base salary, equity (RSUs), and potential discretionary bonuses.
