Business Intelligence and Research Manager
Job description
About the role
This role drives critical consumer business decisions by combining thorough market research with precise business intelligence. You will uncover customer desires, willingness to pay, and the financial implications for the company. Your work will involve designing studies to understand customer behavior and building models to translate these findings into actionable pricing, budget, and margin strategies. You will own the end-to-end process of transforming ambiguous business questions into clear, data-backed recommendations. You will act as the primary analyst for major strategic initiatives, ensuring that decisions are grounded in robust evidence rather than intuition. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align on objectives and refine hypotheses before analysis begins. This position requires a high level of intellectual curiosity and the discipline to explore complex datasets without predefined answers.
