Senior Product Designer
Job description
About the role
You will lead the end-to-end design of new products and features for wholesale distribution, bringing clarity to complex, cross-functional challenges that directly impact how the real economy moves. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and company leadership to translate intricate operational workflows into intuitive, high-impact product experiences powered by AI. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership where you will work across multiple product areas, taking ideas from early exploration through launch and continuous iteration. You will shape AI-powered product experiences by designing workflows that help users make smarter decisions and accomplish more with less manual effort while balancing long-term vision with fast-paced execution. The tools you use matter, but the way you think and make decisions will define your impact on the business. You will get involved early when problems are still messy and directions are not set, and you will shape the conversation rather than only responding to it. We are looking for someone driven by impact who is comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to influence the future of our product as the company grows.
