What you'll do

• Architect future-state process flows for Human Capital Management or Student modules while adhering to firm timelines and quality standards.
• Build and execute test scenarios that validate financial and human resources rules prior to production launch to mitigate operational risk.
• Conduct data migration quality checks to verify that records transition accurately into new configurations without integrity loss.
• Lead training sessions for campus teams to ensure user proficiency and adoption of new features and procedural steps.
• Collaborate with technical staff to address integration challenges during build activities and configuration refinement.
• Guide phased cutover activities and manage stakeholder expectations throughout transitions to minimize disruption.
• Partner with clients and CampusWorks colleagues post-launch to support continuous enhancements and refine solution performance.

Requirements

Successful candidates will provide evidence of hands-on Workday experience in finance, human capital management, or student services within higher education contexts. Multiple years of implementing or advising on Workday within higher education is required to navigate institutional complexities effectively. You must analyze complex situations and devise clear process and system solutions that align with institutional goals. Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences across diverse stakeholder groups. Consultants must confirm eligibility to work as a 1099 contractor on multi-year projects without disruption or restriction.
