What you'll do

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and recruit new affiliate partners that align with our brand values and target audience.
• Assist in the development and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and reach.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate partners, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
• Create engaging content for affiliate marketing materials, including newsletters, promotional banners, and social media posts.
• Help manage relationships with existing affiliates, providing support and guidance to maximize their effectiveness in promoting our products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the affiliate marketing landscape.
• Support the tracking and reporting of affiliate performance metrics, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for affiliate promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the organization and execution of affiliate events and webinars to foster community engagement and education.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to contribute to the continuous improvement of our strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, particularly in affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
