The Mesa VIP team for Legal Entities manages commercial relationships with medium-sized businesses. You will provide consultative support to identify financial needs, offer customized solutions, and drive portfolio growth and loyalty. What you'll do
- Conduct periodic consultative calls to engage clients and identify business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of legal entity clients to increase profitability and share of wallet.
- Promote the full range of banking products and services while monitoring performance indicators.
- Build long-term partnerships through personalized and consistent customer service.
- Perform commercial outreach to discover new revenue streams and cross-sell possibilities.
- Analyze client financial behavior to tailor solutions that align with their specific objectives.
- Coordinate documentation and procedural follow-up to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.
- Utilize digital channels to optimize communication and service delivery for PJ clients.
- Collaborate with specialized units to escalate complex requests and ensure high-level support.

- Update and maintain detailed records in administrative systems to support decision-making processes.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the digital PJ portfolio.
- Provide post-sale assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention over the medium term.
- Act as the primary internal contact for resolving doubts related to banking products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Commercial Management, Financial Management, or related fields.
- Proven commercial experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Active and valid CPA-10 certification is required for junior-level roles.
- Strong skills in commercial negotiation, needs analysis, proposal creation, and sales cycle management.
- Ability to work with performance targets and portfolio profitability strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication for diverse client profiles.
- Resilience, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strict adherence to internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory standards.
