About the role

Bybit is seeking a professional to manage the full lifecycle of digital assets on our exchange. You will oversee everything from initial token onboarding to long-term maintenance, liquidity management, and risk mitigation. This role requires close coordination with internal departments to ensure assets remain secure and perform optimally for our global user base. The specialist will act as the central point of contact for projects, handling complex operational workflows with a high degree of ownership. Success in this position will depend on the ability to balance strategic oversight with meticulous execution. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our asset pipeline from launch to maturity. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end token onboarding, orchestrating mainnet deployment, fee configuration, and rigorous infrastructure testing to ensure operational stability.
• Orchestrate asset maintenance activities, managing contract upgrades, token renames, and repricing events with precision and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to design and implement strategies that boost asset visibility and stimulate trading activity across channels.
• Monitor the blockchain ecosystem continuously, tracking mainnet upgrades and technological shifts to assess potential impacts and formulate mitigation plans.
• Vigilantly monitor for operational risks, detecting price anomalies, chain irregularities, and contract vulnerabilities through systematic analysis.
• Activate emergency response protocols during incidents, leading post-incident reviews to refine standard operating procedures and prevent future occurrences.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of new projects, analyzing revenue potential, cost structures, and risk factors to determine viability and strategic fit.
• Analyze asset performance metrics such as AUM and trading volume to identify trends and suggest data-driven growth strategies for optimization.
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to align asset strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all asset operations to ensure clarity, compliance, and continuity.
• Implement robust monitoring frameworks to provide real-time insights into asset health and market performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance liquidity management, optimizing capital efficiency and reducing operational friction.
• Partner with technical teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user experience.
• Establish key performance indicators for asset operations, using data to report on success and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of financial and technological principles.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in crypto asset operations or project management, with a proven track record of handling complex responsibilities.
• Exhibit deep knowledge of major public blockchains, stablecoins, and Real-World Assets (RWA), including their mechanics and implications.
• Show a thorough understanding of crypto-specific regulatory frameworks and compliance standards, ensuring all operations adhere to legal requirements.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze intricate metrics and report on trading volume and yield performance with accuracy and clarity.
• Achieve fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Prove a history of successfully coordinating across technical, security, and finance departments to drive initiatives to completion.
• Display strong analytical skills, allowing for the interpretation of data sets and the derivation of actionable insights.
• Maintain a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all asset operations are executed with precision and accuracy.
