Requirements
The posting states a minimum of 8 years of experience.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role.
At least 7 years of progressively responsible project management experience is required.
At least 2 years of Agile experience is required for this position.
Experience leading projects with teams of 4 to 8 people across multiple teams is required.
Proven experience managing distributed or remote team members is required.
Experience delivering digital projects larger than $1 million and longer than 9 months is required.
In-depth understanding of digital development process and technologies is required.
Strong organizational skills and focused attention to detail are required.
Experience with Confluence or JIRA and equivalent software development tools is required.
