About the role
This role centers on developing and refining how Bounce is presented through collaborations with creators and partners. You will analyze current campaigns, gather audience insights, and translate findings into structured creative concepts that support brand awareness. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging, define content parameters, and ensure that each initiative meets strategic objectives. You will be responsible for drafting briefs that clearly outline goals, deliverables, and success metrics for external collaborators. You will track project progress, compile performance data, and prepare reports that highlight outcomes and opportunities for improvement. This position offers hands-on exposure to end to end marketing workflows, from initial idea generation to post campaign analysis. You will contribute directly to building a more consistent and compelling creator led narrative for Bounce across relevant markets.

What you'll do
Conduct ongoing research into creator ecosystems, audience segments, and emerging formats to identify high potential collaboration opportunities.
Generate structured briefs that define objectives, audience targeting, key messages, and measurement criteria for creator initiatives.
Coordinate outreach to selected creators, manage communication flows, and maintain organized documentation of all interactions.
Develop and maintain project timelines, monitor milestones, and escalate dependencies to ensure on track delivery.
Analyze campaign performance using defined metrics, interpret results, and summarize lessons learned for future optimization.
Prepare clear summaries and recommendations for internal stakeholders based on qualitative and quantitative feedback from campaigns.
Support the evaluation of content quality, brand alignment, and audience resonance across different creator outputs.
Maintain up to date records of creator assets, contracts, and performance data in shared systems for easy reference.
Identify patterns in creator performance and audience response to inform selection criteria and long term partnership strategies.
Assist in adapting campaign concepts for different markets, ensuring localization needs and brand standards are consistently met.
Support the design of testing frameworks that allow for controlled experiments with creator formats and messaging approaches.
Represent Bounce in professional communications, demonstrating reliability, clarity, and respect in all written and verbal exchanges.
Contribute ideas during team discussions, drawing on research findings and observed trends to propose thoughtful improvements.
Collaborate with cross functional partners to align campaign elements with broader business goals and operational constraints.
Requirements
You are legally authorized to work in Portugal and hold a valid permit or visa if required for employment.
You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program or have recently completed such a program within the last twelve months.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional language capabilities being a distinct advantage.
You demonstrate a solid understanding of digital platforms, including social media, content marketplaces, and analytics tools.
You are proficient in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
You have experience in drafting clear, structured documents such as briefs, reports, and email correspondence.
You show consistent judgment in balancing creative ideas with practical constraints like timelines and resources.
You are comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
