What you'll do

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Support the management of our social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, and promotional content.
• Help organize and coordinate online events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and activities are executed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a digital environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, including email marketing software and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices to enhance content visibility and engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
