Client Success Manager
Job description
About the role
The Client Success Manager at Blueberry Pediatrics serves as the single point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of clients, including health plans and employers. In this strategic and commercial role, you own the post-sale relationship end to end, driving member activation, engagement, retention, measurable outcomes, and add-on sales. You operate as a managing consulting partner who holds both Blueberry's internal teams and the client accountable to a shared improvement plan. The position requires you to be mission-aligned, working to turn every family's living room into a personal pediatric urgent care by leveraging home exam kits, concierge-like access, and AI-enabled pediatricians. You will focus on delivering affordable and near-instant clinic-level care, 24/7, while proving value through reduced medical costs and improved health outcomes for children and families. This role demands a strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance operational execution with commercial growth initiatives.

- Function as the operational project manager for your accounts, maintaining high-level visibility into day-to-day operations including implementation status, claims submission, and invoicing accuracy to identify friction points proactively.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest impact on activation, retention, and account growth.
