About the role
This position combines strategic roadmap ownership with commercial accountability for assets under management, revenue, and profit and loss performance within the consumer business. You will define and refine product strategy to guide the roadmap and directly influence commercial outcomes for savings and lending lines. The role requires fluency in balancing product vision with financial metrics such as AUM, revenue, and P&L in a fast-moving environment. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of crypto savings and lending products from conception to scale. Success in this role depends on close collaboration with cross-functional partners to launch and optimize offerings across markets. The position demands data-driven decision-making to capture opportunity and drive differentiation in competitive crypto markets. You will be responsible for leading go-to-market initiatives that align product, marketing, and regional teams. What you'll do
Define product strategy and refine the roadmap to guide commercial outcomes for savings and lending products.
Launch new products across markets, customer segments, and crypto assets to capture opportunity and drive adoption.
Lead go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Growth, and Regional teams to maximize reach and conversion.
Track competitive landscapes and market trends to identify differentiation and share gains for the business.
Own commercial outcomes such as AUM, revenue, balances, P&L, margin, loan origination, and trading volume.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to judge feasibility and prioritize features based on impact and constraints.
Provide leadership across cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment to keep projects on track.
Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders to align on strategy and navigate trade-offs without losing momentum.
Analyze data and business modeling to inform pricing, funnels, unit economics, and profitability for lending and savings lines.
Work with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
Develop scenarios and forecasts to support decision-making and long-term planning for product performance.
Champion a culture of experimentation and learning to optimize products based on results and user feedback.
Ensure that operational processes are streamlined and that work is easy for others to review, build on, and improve.
Maintain a strong focus on results by setting clear priorities and following through on commitments.
Requirements
