Enterprise Product Manager
Job description
About the role
Blacksmith is scaling its high-performance CI infrastructure and agent sandbox platform to serve large-scale engineering organizations. You will own the end-to-end enterprise product lifecycle for our flagship platform, translating complex infrastructure capabilities into secure and compliant solutions for the world's most demanding engineering teams. This role requires you to manage the enterprise roadmap across our CI, sandbox, and coding agent lines of business while balancing the needs of fast-moving builders and rigorous security teams. You will lead critical security and compliance initiatives, ensuring our systems align with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA frameworks as we expand into highly regulated industries. A core part of your responsibility will be designing and implementing enterprise-grade identity and access management, including SSO, RBAC, and granular organizational permissions to control user behavior at scale. You will also develop our networking strategy, focusing on static egress identity, private connectivity, and robust tenant isolation to meet enterprise network expectations. In addition, you will create programmatic features for enterprise users, such as cost attribution, usage APIs, and deep observability integrations that feed into existing IT management tools. You will collaborate closely with sales to navigate complex procurement cycles, security reviews, and technical feedback from VPs of Engineering and CISOs, ensuring we can win large deals without compromising our technical standards. Finally, you will define enterprise pricing and packaging strategies in coordination with our go-to-market team to maximize both adoption and long-term revenue efficiency.
