About the role

The Binance Accelerator Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the digital asset sector through a 3 to 6 month internship. What you'll do

• Develop, optimize, and assess Large Language Models (LLMs) utilizing both internal and publicly available datasets to enhance their capabilities.
• Collaborate on the creation and improvement of AI agents, focusing on areas such as prompt engineering, strategic planning, memory integration, and tool utilization.
• Design and manage data annotation workflows, which involve establishing schemas, setting labeling criteria, and ensuring quality control throughout the process.
• Work closely with engineering and research teams to boost the scalability and effectiveness of models.
• Conduct experiments, interpret data, and maintain comprehensive documentation of research outcomes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Explore and evaluate new frameworks and methodologies aimed at enhancing the functionality of AI agents and LLMs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights with peers and mentors.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of deep learning and machine learning concepts, with the ability to apply these principles in practical scenarios.
• Proficient in English, enabling effective communication with international team members and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated interest in the digital asset industry and a desire to contribute to innovative projects.

Nice to have

• Possession of a PhD degree in a relevant field, showcasing advanced knowledge and research capabilities.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models or transformer architectures, including models like Qwen or LLaMA.
• Experience or a keen interest in model evaluation techniques and fine-tuning methodologies such as QLoRA or LoRA, along with prompt engineering skills.
• Understanding of data annotation tools and workflows, which can enhance the efficiency of data processing tasks.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages, which could be beneficial in a diverse working environment.
