What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with ICT strategies and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and project plans that outline the scope, objectives, and deliverables for ICT initiatives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, validate findings, and promote stakeholder engagement.
• Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from large datasets, providing recommendations that drive decision-making and enhance business performance.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process maps, to support project delivery and stakeholder understanding.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and strategic recommendations to enhance our ICT capabilities.
• Support change management initiatives by developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the organization, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
• Assist in the development of ICT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within the ICT sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering ICT projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management systems (e.g., SQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant qualifications in business analysis, information technology, or a related field.
