What you'll do

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with operational management software.
