What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Bemyguest's travel tech solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop detailed project plans that align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to facilitate smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and potential risks.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and their teams to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize the platform effectively post-implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the travel or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
