Member of Technical Staff, IT
Job description
Member of Technical Staff, IT at Basis Ai.
About the role
You will architect and operate the core identity and infrastructure systems that allow Basis to scale without operational friction. This role is the hands-on owner of IT systems, responsible for designing and implementing the foundational layers that support a growing AI-first company. You will directly manage critical systems including identity, access, and endpoint management while ensuring security and audit readiness. The position requires a builder who leverages automation and AI to handle repetitive IT tasks, replacing fragile manual processes with resilient, scalable workflows. You will troubleshoot complex issues across the environment and partner closely with security and finance to align technology with business objectives. This is an opportunity to define the IT function from the ground up as the company invests heavily in production-grade infrastructure. You will own end-to-end responsibility for systems that enable employees to work securely and efficiently every day.
