What you'll do
Multiple projects are managed at the same time, emphasizing scope, schedule, quality, and cost. Project requirements, work plans, tasks, and status reports are developed and executed for IT leadership and stakeholders in every phase. Project team meetings are coordinated, prepared, and conducted to maintain alignment. Decisions are facilitated to ensure outcomes support overall business objectives. Issues and risks are tracked, with resolution pursued through questioning and obstacle removal to protect delivery. Process improvement within the PMO is supported, and new staff are onboarded through established methods. Lessons from each project are captured and applied to future initiatives. Both Agile and Waterfall approaches are managed according to PMO process documentation. Requirements are generated or reviewed in collaboration with stakeholders. External vendors are engaged as necessary to meet project needs. ServiceNow incidents and reporting needs are addressed promptly alongside active project work. Additional duties are handled as assigned.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position. At least 5 years of Project Management experience is required. PMP certification is desired for advanced responsibility.

Demonstrated project management skills across varied initiatives are expected. Strong oral and written communication is required. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and similar approaches is necessary. Detail orientation and strict attention to deadlines are essential. A self-starting mentality and strong organizational skills are required. The ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously is necessary. Customer service aptitude and a collaborative team approach are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with project management tools such as MS Planner and Project for the Web is required.
