What you'll do
- Architect the foundational core systems required to convert early project concepts into stable testable foundations, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability from day one.
- Design and establish the end-to-end production pipeline and associated tooling, creating workflows that allow artists and engineers to transfer work seamlessly and efficiently, minimizing friction across disciplines.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external technology partners, coordinating closely to ensure all integrations adhere strictly to our internal technical standards and long-term strategic goals.
- Implement rigorous performance profiling methodologies and practices, conducting deep analysis to maintain stable frame rates across the diverse range of target hardware configurations the project intends to support.
- Guide engineering quality by conducting thorough code reviews, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring architectural consistency throughout the engineering organization.
- Plan and define critical technical milestones, mapping the clear path from the current prototype state to a structured pre-production environment, managing complex transitions with precision.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation that explains core architectural choices, serving as a vital reference to support future development efforts, system maintenance, and new member onboarding.

Requirements
Candidates must bring multiple years of professional experience shipping console or PC games to market. This background provides the practical context needed for high-impact decision-making and realistic planning.
