Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations or management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Familiarity with facility management software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
