What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth for Asure Software's HCM solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and collective sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials that highlight the benefits of our HCM solutions.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to assess team progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Drive the sales pipeline by identifying potential leads, conducting outreach, and nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all sales activities.
• Represent Asure Software at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our HCM offerings and expand our professional network.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights into sales trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to maintain the integrity and reputation of Asure Software.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the HCM or HR technology sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
