About the role
You will own the end to end lifecycle management of assigned cyber research cases from initial intake through final delivery and client feedback. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our government clients and internal solution teams. Your work will involve documenting intricate technical requirements and translating them into actionable development plans. You will evaluate potential courses of action while ensuring strict compliance with established procedures. You will oversee the implementation and integration of capabilities to meet defined research objectives. You will track the progress of each case and proactively manage risks or blockers that could delay delivery. You will gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine solutions and improve future iterations. You will maintain accurate records and status reporting to ensure transparency throughout the engagement.

What you'll do
Conduct in depth analysis of complex cyber research requests to identify scope and feasibility.
Translate ambiguous client needs into clearly defined technical requirements and success criteria.
Develop comprehensive case documentation outlining objectives constraints and validation methods.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement viable technical solutions.
Monitor case progress using established tracking mechanisms and escalate issues as required.
Perform quality assurance checks to verify that deliverables meet defined standards and specifications.
Ensure all case activities adhere to strict procedural guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Synthesize client feedback and incorporate lessons learned into improved solution designs.
Maintain detailed records of decisions rationales and changes throughout the case lifecycle.
Support the continuous improvement of research methodologies and documentation practices.
Validate that implemented capabilities satisfy original requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Manage multiple concurrent cases while maintaining attention to detail and organizational standards.
Communicate project status and risks to appropriate stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Uphold the highest levels of professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
You must possess a Top Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for the security clearance.
You must have a current TS/SCI clearance or be able to obtain one without sponsorship.
You must be able to pass a full field investigation and background check.
You must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
You must have a minimum of 7 years of related experience in cyber research or analysis.
You must have experience working directly with United States Government clients.
You must demonstrate a thorough understanding of secure software development practices.
You must be proficient in using case management and tracking tools.
You must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You must be able to obtain a Public Trust eligibility determination.
You must be detail oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
Experience with DevSecOps tools and processes is preferred.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and architectures is a plus.
Understanding of threat intelligence and emerging cyber threats is beneficial.
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization techniques is advantageous.
Experience with security assessments and compliance frameworks is valued.

This is a full time position based in Arlington VA.
Successful candidates must be U.S. citizens to meet the requirements for security clearance.
The selected candidate must be able to pass a full field investigation and background check.
This role may require occasional travel to meet with government clients or attend conferences.
Travel expenses will be covered by the company as required by policy.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment-based visas.
