The Senior AI Engineer will own the full lifecycle of AI solution delivery for government clients, translating high-level mission goals into secure and compliant technical implementations. Requirements
- Must possess a proven track record in software engineering with a minimum of three years of hands-on development experience.
- Must demonstrate expert-level understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and practical applications.
- Must have practical familiarity with Large Language Models, including their application, fine-tuning, and deployment considerations.
- Must be capable of performing all duties on-site at the client location in Linthicum, Maryland, without exception.
- Must be a United States citizen or hold the necessary security clearance to meet government project requirements.
- Must commit to a full-time engagement schedule as specified by the contractual terms of the position.
- Must adhere strictly to all government policies regarding data handling, security protocols, and operational procedures.
