What you'll do

• Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth to enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with Bamboohr's business objectives, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing, to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Establish and maintain engineering processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality across all projects.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools that can enhance the engineering team's capabilities and productivity.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in the context of marketing solutions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
