About the role
You will own the end-to-end success of Arize AI customers within the EMEA region, acting as the primary strategic partner for key accounts. This role requires you to build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to foster adoption, uncover new use cases, and drive expanded usage across customer accounts through consistent engagement. You will conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals, share the Arize vision, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions that align with business objectives. A critical part of this position involves collaborating closely with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to address complex customer needs and ensure smooth implementation. You will run workshops and training sessions during onboarding and for new functionality rollouts to maximize customer proficiency and value realization. You will proactively monitor product usage across your accounts to further gauge account health and identify signals of churn or growth. Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and takes ownership of complex challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical audiences alike.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
