About the role
You own the operational engine of Arize AI's cloud partnerships, driving co-sell execution and partner program velocity across hyperscalers and AI ISVs. You will be directly accountable for sourcing and influencing partner revenue while maintaining strict quarterly pipeline quotas aligned with Sales and Leadership. In this role, you evangelize AI observability while orchestrating complex partner motions across AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA, and key AI ISV ecosystems. What you'll do
Drive quarterly pipeline targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, with direct accountability to the Head of Partnerships and alignment with Sales leadership.
Lead field enablement by coordinating partner-led sessions, providing AE co-sell meeting support, and managing target account mapping with cloud partner field teams.
Operate cloud co-sell motions across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including POC credit requests, MDF submissions, IP Co-Sell registrations, and joint pipeline tracking.
Strategize and lead partner marketing outcomes and campaigns, as well as major cloud conference activations and one-off event execution.
Collaborate closely with sales and customer success organizations to ensure a strong partner story and validated outcomes for clients and prospects.
Manage cloud program and marketplace operations, optimizing Arize's listings on cloud marketplaces and partner program frameworks.
Own the partner QBR cadence, preparing and running quarterly business reviews with cloud hyperscaler teams, including pipeline reporting, joint wins, and roadmap alignment.
Cultivate and maintain active relationships with technology platform partners, focusing on integration usage and co-marketing initiatives.
Maintain clean and accurate partner pipeline data in Salesforce and PRM tools, producing weekly partner pipeline reports for leadership review.
Champion Arize AI platform adoption through partner feedback loops, translating insights into improved enablement tools and content.
Support the end-to-end partner journey from onboarding to maturity, ensuring alignment with Arize AI product and engineering roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional coordination with product, marketing, and sales to close complex partner-influenced deals.
Monitor competitive dynamics in the cloud AI observability and evaluation landscape, informing partner positioning and messaging.
Implement scalable partner operations playbooks that drive efficiency and consistency across global cloud programs.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, ensuring timely resolution and sustained trust.
Requirements
Bring 4-6 years of experience in technology partnerships, cloud alliances, partner operations, or business development focused on cloud and AI ecosystems.
Possess hands-on experience managing co-sell programs and partner operations with one or more cloud hyperscalers, including familiarity with co-sell portals, program requirements, and field engagement models.
Demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline quotas in partner, alliances, or business development roles within SaaS or cloud infrastructure environments.
Show exceptional program management capabilities, handling multiple concurrent programs, submission deadlines, and complex operational portfolios without compromising accuracy.
Exhibit a strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including the infrastructure and tooling used by ML engineering, LLMOps, and AI platform teams.
Have proven experience working with Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, ensuring data integrity and actionable reporting.
Display strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner executives in a remote setting.
Embody a high degree of ownership, resilience, and proactive problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguity-driven environments.
Commit to consistent availability during standard U.S. business hours to support global partner interactions and time-sensitive co-sell opportunities.
