Implementing advanced security models while configuring Lightning Flows to automate critical business processes.

Administering user management and security controls to maintain platform integrity as usage scales across global teams.

Testing functionality rigorously to uncover defects and confirm alignment with detailed requirements before promoting changes to production.

Developing Lightning Web Components and Apex logic to extend the platform in line with coding best practices and maintainability standards.

Setting up CI/CD pipelines using Flosum or GIT to streamline deployment, enforce version control, and enable traceable change management.

Integrating Salesforce Platform with enterprise applications via REST, BULK, and Platform Events for reliable data synchronization.

Supporting Agentforce and Salesforce AI suite capabilities where appropriate to enhance automation, routing, and insight generation for investment operations.

Writing unit tests and driving automation testing to improve reliability, coverage, and long term maintainability of Salesforce solutions.

Exploring Python, JavaScript, jQuery, and Java integrations when they support data handling, interface requirements, or performance optimizations.

Conducting configuration reviews and architectural discussions to ensure solutions adhere to governance, scalability, and performance standards.

Participating in on call or incident response as needed to address production issues and restore service continuity quickly.

Collaborating with data stewards to ensure data quality, nomenclature, and retention policies are respected within Salesforce implementations.

Championing best practices for metadata management, change control, and documentation across the Salesforce lifecycle.

Requirements

You bring 3+ years designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, with mastery of core configuration and logic in production environments.

You have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Email to Case, and Case Routing, having implemented these in live settings that affect real workflows.

You build using Lightning component development, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Apex, applying disciplined versioning and testing habits.

You create Lightning Flows to solve complex business problems while adhering to governance, performance, and monitoring standards.

You handle advanced security models, sharing rules, and permission sets to protect sensitive financial data and comply with internal controls.

You manage CI/CD using Flosum or GIT, ensuring traceable changes, proper branching strategies, and reliable promotion across sandboxes and production.

You apply strong debugging, problem solving, and investigative skills to resolve intricate platform issues under time sensitive conditions.

You communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders across global investment teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.

You hold the Platform Developer 1 Certification as proof of your technical foundation on Salesforce and commit to maintaining professional competence.

You have experience integrating Salesforce Platform with enterprise applications using REST, BULK, and Platform Events to enable data movement and workflows.

You understand the fundamentals of data modeling, bulkification, and governor limits to build solutions that scale with high transaction volumes.

You are comfortable working within Agile delivery cadences, participating in planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

You demonstrate ownership of the full delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements refinement through design, build, testing, and post deployment support.

You exhibit attention to detail when managing configuration, metadata, and change sets to minimize risk during releases.

You are willing to mentor peers on platform capabilities and contribute to knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.

Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI suite adds flexibility to automation and insight generation for complex investment scenarios.

Hands on AI powered IDEs for Salesforce Development to accelerate coding, enforce quality checks, and reduce manual effort during repetitive tasks.

Background in unit testing and automation testing to increase solution resilience, coverage, and confidence at release time.

Knowledge of Python to support data manipulation, integration scripting, and interaction with external data sources.

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and performance tuning when interacting with external databases.

Exposure to JavaScript, jQuery, and Java to extend user interactions, build custom integrations, and connect with legacy systems.

Experience contributing to open source or internal tooling that enhances developer productivity and platform reliability.

This role is based in Bengaluru.

Compensation is specified as 27.5 LPA.
