What you'll do
- Design and implement calibration methodologies for AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability in operational outputs.

- Develop and maintain documentation for calibration processes and AI-Ops methodologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define performance metrics and establish benchmarks for success.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and calibration technologies, integrating new knowledge into existing practices.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in calibration and AI-Ops.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and workshops to enhance team skills in AI and calibration techniques.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to explore new calibration tools and technologies that could benefit the organization.
Requirements
- A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics, with a focus on calibration techniques.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, such as MATLAB, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying AI models and managing data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
