What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with modern programming languages and technologies relevant to our stack, including but not limited to Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
