Deployer readiness across all mission-critical personnel is ensured through comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle management.
New hire integration is accomplished through deployment briefings so that requirements and processes are understood before first deployment.
Comprehensive predeployment readiness programs are developed and managed to meet training, clearance, documentation, and medical standards.
Unified travel programs are created and implemented to consolidate scheduling, compliance measures, and expense management.
Company-wide incident response strategies are developed and enforced to ensure prompt notification and efficient resolution of deployment issues.
Predeployment processes are continuously optimized to lower administrative effort and improve the deployer experience.
Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $146000 to $194000.3+ years of direct, hands-on experience with military or government deployment processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority, complex projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to develop and implement workflow tools, tracking systems, and reporting structures to enhance operational efficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience managing sensitive and confidential information such as medical records, security clearances, and incident reports with discretion and integrity.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to meet health and medical requirements in advance of deployments per DFARS 252.225-7040, DoDI 3020.41, and region-specific or force-specific standards.
