What you'll do

• Lead and manage environmental planning projects, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Planning, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental planning or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in team management and project oversight.
• Proficiency in environmental assessment tools and software, including GIS and data analysis programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Certification as a Professional Planner (AICP) or similar credential.
