About the role
You own the agile health and maturity of multiple engineering development teams as the agile leader and performance coach. You champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and predictable delivery through hands-on guidance. You empower teams to run their own ceremonies and become self-organizing, high-performing units that deliver valuable software consistently. Facilitate the adoption of lean and agile principles by coaching teams on frameworks and practices to consistently deliver value.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by guiding teams to use metrics to identify and solve bottlenecks in their workflow.

Promote transparency by maintaining clear reporting and visible Agile dashboards such as burn-down charts and flow metrics.

Maintain and evolve the Agile framework to suit the needs of the engineering teams while staying true to the principles of discipline and execution.
Requirements
You have proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with 3+ years in a software development environment, with a track record of improving team performance and health.
You hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification demonstrating deep Agile knowledge.
You understand the principles behind Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies, and you know when and how to apply them to get results.
You have a coach's mindset and mentor teams and individuals to foster self-organization and a growth mindset.
You are an empathetic listener and a powerful question-asker who drives coaching conversations.
You are comfortable using agile metrics not as a report card but as a tool to help teams have insightful conversations and drive their own improvement.
You have experience facilitating team ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
You are disciplined in execution and aligned with the strategy-led, values-based operating principles of the company.
You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and are comfortable working with global stakeholders.
